What it is
- union of private plant breeding and seed enterprises. Number of members has achieved 82 in 2006.
- ordinary member of the Agrarian Chamber of the Czech Republic
- ordinary member of the International Seed Federation (ISF) ,
- ordinary member of the European Seed Association (ESA)
What it does
- protects right and interest of members and the whole industry
- represents the industry in contact to the central bodies (Ministry of Agriculture, Parliament, ÚKZÚZ - Central Institute for Supervising and Testing in Agriculture, State Phytosanitary Agency, etc.)
- works out special statements on legislation and other central standards and participates in creating of those rules
- organizes seminars and conferences
